Packing preparation
Inner packing: Use bubble film, sponge, foam and other buffer materials to wrap the glass bottle to reduce vibration and collision.
Outer packing: Choose a thick carton or wooden box as the outer packing, and fill the box with foam paper or other stuffing to prevent the glass bottle from moving in the box.
Fixing measures: Use a special support structure in the packaging box, and fix the glass bottle with wide tape or rope.
Transport process
Reasonable placement: Glass bottles should be placed vertically, avoid flat, and long-neck glass bottles can be transported upside down.
Cargo stacking: The packed glass bottles are placed in a stable position in the cabin to avoid being affected by hull turbulence or shaking, and the proper spacing between the goods is maintained.
Environmental control: For glass bottles that are sensitive to temperature and humidity, moisture-proof materials should be used and the temperature and humidity in the cabin should be controlled during transportation.
Labeling reminder: Clearly mark "fragile items" and "handle with care" on the outer packaging to remind staff to operate with care.
Other notes
Choose professional logistics: Choose an experienced and qualified logistics company, and purchase the appropriate freight insurance.
Tracking and monitoring: Regularly track the location and status of the goods during transportation to ensure safe arrival.
Avoid mixing: Glass bottles should not be mixed with items (such as chemicals) that may cause damage to them.
Through the above measures, the risk of breakage of glass bottles in the shipping process can be effectively reduced to ensure the safe arrival of goods at the destination.
